I live in Mellieħa. Before this I trained as a commercial pilot for five years, which is where I picked up the habit of writing things down properly rather than keeping them in my head.
Since then I have worked in a few different places: busy floors, a warehouse, a hospital IT desk, and now an office that gets through hundreds of documents a day. I kept noticing the same thing everywhere, people giving up their day to jobs a small setup could handle, and I would usually end up building something for it whether or not it was my job to.
That is where this came from. I enjoy the puzzle of it, and I am honestly more interested in how people work than in the software, which is the easier half.
So it is just me. You deal with me directly, I learn how your business actually runs, and I build around it. You see the work before it goes anywhere near your customers, and the price is fixed before anything starts.
If your problem doesn't need automation, I'll tell you. Talking you out of a bad idea is part of the job.

“Is my customer data safe?+
I build to suit how sensitive your information is. Most systems hold the bare minimum they need to do the job, and if yours cannot let information leave the building, the whole thing can be self-hosted on your own machine so that it never does.
“How much does it cost?+
It depends on what we build, which is why there are no made-up prices on this page. You get one fixed number before anything starts, the first chat is free, and there are no tie-ins. Most builds cost less than people expect, and the running costs are a few euro a month.
“What if it breaks?+
I get alerted, usually before you notice, and I fix it. If the system is ever unsure, it hands the job to you instead of guessing. And when something changes six months from now, there is still someone to call.
“Will my customers know it's not me?+
The messages are written in your voice and you approve every word before anything goes live. Anything personal still comes from you; the system only handles the routine.
“I'm not good with computers.+
That's exactly who this is for. You keep working exactly as you do now, and the system does its job in the background. If anything ever needs your attention, it arrives as a WhatsApp message.

This is short, because this site collects almost nothing. There are no accounts, no payments, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The enquiry form is the only place anything is entered.
Who is responsible
Riccardo Tedesco, trading as Neurocraft, a self employed sole trader based in Mellieħa, Malta. Registered under VAT Article 11 as a small undertaking, so invoices carry no VAT. Email [email protected] or phone +356 9951 1425. The full registered address is available on request.
What the form collects
Your name, your business, what you would like automated, and your email address if you choose to give it. The email field is optional and exists only so a reply can go by email instead of WhatsApp.
Nothing is stored on this website. Pressing the button opens WhatsApp with your answers already written into a message, and nothing is sent until you press send there. At that point the message travels through WhatsApp and is also covered by Meta's privacy policy. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email or phone instead.
Why, and on what basis
To answer you, quote for the work and keep my own records for invoicing. The basis is legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: you contacted a business asking about work, and replying is the ordinary consequence of that. Nothing is used for marketing, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising. You can object at any time and I will stop.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for up to a year after we last speak, then deleted. Where work goes ahead, invoices and job records are kept for as long as Maltese tax law requires.
Your customers' information, when I build for you
This is the part that matters if you hire me. An automation usually touches lists you already hold: customers, bookings, invoices, suppliers. That information stays yours. In data protection terms you remain the controller of it and I act as your processor, only on your instructions.
In practice: the work is set up inside your own accounts wherever possible, so the data never leaves systems you own and you can revoke my access at any time. I do not copy your customer lists out for my own use, I do not use them to train anything, and I do not pass them to anyone else. If a job needs a written processing agreement before you are comfortable, ask and you will get one.
This website itself
The page sets no cookies and there is no analytics of any kind. It does load its two typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the network request that fetches them. That is the only thing on the page that reaches a third party, and it can be removed on request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to it being held at all. Email [email protected] and it will be actioned. If you are not happy with how that goes, you can complain to the Maltese Information and Data Protection Commissioner at idpc.org.mt.
